How long will it take to install my floor?
This is depending on the size of your home, your floor covering type and any preparation work required. Most installations are completed within one to three days. We can give you an exact idea of how long it will take once we have come by and given a quote.
Do you provide free quote and measure?
Yes, by contacting us we schedule a free quote and measure on site for you.
What is the quotation process?
For free quotation you need to call us and schedule a date and time. You will be asked for your details such as your name, address, time and date that suits you the best. We will then send one of our team members to your location. If you are contacting us via email you need to add your details such as name, phone number and brief description of your requirement. If you are filling our ”get a quotation form” simply fill out the form and you will be contacted within 24 hrs to arrange a time and date.
What type of floor coverings you supply?
We supply a large range of flooring solutions such as; solid timber, laminate, engineered oak, bamboo, vinyl, carpet and tile. What kind of flooring can I install in my home?
This will vary according to the building, space, your needs, budget and lifestyle. Be sure you choose something suitable for your room and its uses. Consider foot traffic, children, and pets in this decision.
Do you offer floor preparation?
Yes, we do floor levelling and subfloor preparation. We can install yellow tongue or plywood, applying self-levelling compound and grind concrete slab.
Can you remove my existing floor?
Yes we can remove your existing flooring. Carpet removal is nice and easy however tile removal will require glue grinding as well.
Do you offer waste disposal?
We can dispose all your waste at extra cost.
Can you bring samples to my premises?
Yes we can come to your house with samples but if you'd like to see our full range you will have to visit our showroom or browse online.
How many days notice required to book my flooring job?
We usually require 2 to 4 weeks depending on your requirement and stock availability.
What payment methods you offer?
We accept EFT, EFTPOS and credit card payments. Please note surcharge will apply for credit card.
What’s the space requirement for storage?
Most of the time we only need a few square metre of storage and need the environment to be dry and temperature to be between 5-30 degree celsius.
Do you need power when you are laying floors?
Yes, we need active power during installation.
What’s the warranty on the product?
All the products have manufacturers warranty that we can provide on request.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured.
Do I need to clear floor area from any furniture?
The area must be cleared of all furniture. We can move the furniture ourselves however you will have to pay extra based on how much furniture there is.
